I am interested in your products, how can I pay?
We can accept payment by Bank Transfer (T/T) and L/C for mass order, or by Western Union and credit card through Paypal for samples and small orders. Other payment methods may be further negotiable after we have established mutual beneficial and trustful business relationship.
What shipping methods do you use? How can I track my order?
Small orders or samples are shipped by courier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, air mail, or by bulk freight forwarder. Shipping direct from China to major destinations (Europe, US, Australia, etc.) typically takes only 4-to-6 days, and shipping paperwork & customs clearance are taken care of by the courier companies, greatly simplifying the process for importers. Mass orders are shipped by air or by sea.
When the goods are sent by a courier service, we will email you a tracking number for your online tracking after they are being shipped.
How are shipping prices calculated?
All our shipping fees are calculated according to the actual weight of the goods or the goods' volume. The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies for different destinations, and they are subject to change without notice. We're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you.
